Overland to Kathmandu and back - 1977-1978
From the autumn of 1977 to the spring of 1978 we rolled out of Oostende with the cold North Sea wind at our backs and nowhere to be but everywhere, chasing the long overland trail eastward to Kathmandu Nepal and back again
Free our spirits from routine and boredom.
Time stretches endlessly before us, like a highway disappearing into the heat and the dust.
The long road lies ahead open, restless, inviting and free, calling us toward distant lights and unknown horizons.
Chasing the feeling that somewhere out there, the world is larger, wilder, and more alive than we ever imagined.
